Pilot privacy information

Know what belongs in this pilot.

AI Mortgage OS is a synthetic-data product pilot. This page explains its current data boundaries, rather than presenting the pilot as a service ready for real borrower information.

Google account identity

Google sign-in supplies a verified account identity, email address and display name. The platform uses that identity to determine company memberships and authorized platform administration. Signing in does not grant access to Gmail or Google Drive.

Company settings and support

The platform stores company names, branding, contact and disclosure settings, memberships, invitations, trial and seat state, and in-app support conversations. Administrative operations are recorded in an audit trail. Support messages must not contain borrower details, documents or credentials.

Synthetic loan examples only

Company creation supplies fictional example records so a team can explore the workflow. Do not enter real client information. The public borrower journey is an illustration and does not submit applications, request credit or collect documents.

Disconnected business providers

No Gmail reading or mutations, Drive synchronization, lender connection, credit request, business-email delivery, external AI provider or real payment collection is enabled in this pilot. Billing controls are a simulator, not a payment transaction.

Browser and hosting behavior

The interface keeps its sign-in token in memory and does not add advertising or tracking analytics. Google sign-in and Google Cloud hosting are used for their stated authentication and hosting roles. Company information is not made public merely because a person signs in.

Ask the platform team

Company owners and administrators can use the Support area for questions about the pilot or its stored company information. A paid, real-data launch will require a separate review of operating terms, retention, security and applicable obligations.
